Darcy Handy

A lifelong Vermonter with a global perspective, Darcy Handy transitioned from managing six hotels and 350 rental units in her family’s business to launching a successful real estate career in 2019. With deep experience in sales, marketing, new construction, renovations, and property management, Darcy brings unmatched local knowledge and industry insight—rooted in her upbringing around residential and commercial development in Chittenden and Franklin Counties.

Darcy is known for helping clients see the full potential of a property, often creating renovation plans to turn houses into dream homes. Her extensive network of contractors, lenders, attorneys, and service providers ensures her clients receive support well beyond closing. She builds long-term relationships and treats each client like a trusted friend.

In her third year, Darcy founded The Darcy Handy Group at RE/MAX North rofessionals. In 2023, she and business partner Jolene rebranded as strong>Elite Real Estate Partners.

She holds multiple industry designations including ABR, PSA, e-PRO, C2EX, and SRS, and regularly completes Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for financial institutions. Darcy consistently earns top performance honors, including RE/MAX Platinum Club status in 2021, 2022, and 2023, RE/MAX Chairman’s Club status in 2024, RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2022 and averages 50 homes sold per year across Northern, Central, and Southern Vermont.

Darcy is a 1998 graduate of Saint Michael’s College and lives in Colchester. She enjoys summers by boating on Lake Champlain and spending time during the winter months in Sarasota, Florida—or anywhere sunny.

Jolene Greene

Every person looking for or selling a home has a story. Jolene represents both buyers and sellers, with the goal of working for each individual to find the best home and make the best deal – for them. Jolene spent most of her professional life working in television journalism – and that meant moving. A lot. She’s lived in 7 states (and multiple places in each state, as her friends and family like to remind her).

She relocated to VT in 2013, for yet another TV job. Jolene and her husband decided to make Vermont a permanent home, and opened a nutrition business and food truck together. Her journalism and business experience, knowledge of the area, and personal experience relocating from state-to-state makes her an ideal real estate agent. Each buyer and seller has individual needs and unique challenges. Helping ease the stress of an exciting – albeit stressful – time, is her specialty!

Jolene was named Rookie of the Year for the Northern Vermont Realtor Association (NVRA) in 2021, earned RE/MAX 100% Club status in 2021, and Executive Club status in 2022. Jolene is co-owner of the Elite Real Estate Partners team, focusing on Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, Addison, Lamoille and Washington Counties. She holds the prestigious ABR (Accredited Buyers Representitive) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designations.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Jolene enjoys fitness and nutrition, snowboarding, visiting her family’s camp in the Adirondacks, and baking with her daughter.

Brandon Fowler

Born and raised in Central Vermont Brandon is a top-producing Realtor in Washington County. Brandon began his real estate career in 2018, and teamed up with Elite Real Estate Partners in 2024. Brandon’s background is in special education, and he has extensive experience in home improvement projects and construction. Brandon most enjoys meeting new clients, and helping them familiarize themselves with the ins and outs of living in Central Vermont. Brandon has strong ties in the community which he loves to share with his clients. He currently serves on the board for the Barre Partnership- an organization that promotes local businesses; he also regularly volunteers at his child’s school, and coaches youth sports.

Breanna grew up in St. Albans, Vermont, and has deep roots in Franklin County and the surrounding areas. She earned her Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Merrimack College while also playing softball. With a lifelong passion for serving her community, Breanna found that real estate offers the perfect way to combine her love for helping others with her professional goals.
